Mares, similar to stallions, frequently experience stressful hormonal imbalances, manifesting as mood swings, aggressiveness, irritability, and diminished performance. The positioning of the ovaries (situated just behind the saddle) may lead to discomfort, often evident in mares showing reluctance to engage their back, tail wagging, or displaying bending and kicking behaviours. This product is highly effective for stallions or geldings exhibiting “stallion-like” behaviour.

Monk’s Pepper has been used for centuries to support hormonal balance. Administering monk’s pepper assists in naturally balancing your horse’s hormone levels, thereby facilitating relaxation and improved focus on tasks.

Eclipse Biofarmab’s Monk’s Pepper is recommended for daily use during the spring and summer months, with the option to increase the dosage during key periods, such as the mare’s estrous cycle. If needed, Monk’s Pepper can be administered year-round.

Please be aware that this product requries a 48-hour waiting period before competitions in Sweden. It is not advised for use in pregnant mares. Also, due to its composition of natural ingredients, variations in fragrance and appearance may occur.

Horse: 2 scoops/day

Large-sized horse (over 600kg): 2.5 scoops/day

The dosage can be tailored to individual needs and does not strictly depend on body weight.

Mix well in feed.

Not advisable for use in pregnant mares.
