Eclipse Biofarmab Better Blood is enriched with folic acid, Vitamin B12 and inulin. It is specifically designed for use in situations requiring an improvement in the horse’s blood values, such as during infections, extended transport periods, or when the horse exhibits signs of increased fatigue.

To enhance blood values, you have two options: supplementing with extra iron or using Better Blood, which contains nutrients that not only aid in the absorption of iron from daily feed but also contribute to the production of new red blood cells. For horses in training, Better Blood is the recommended choice, as iron supplements are typically reserved for periods when the horse is at rest.

Generally, horse feed contains sufficient iron to fulfill the horse’s requirements; however, assistance with iron absorption may sometimes be necessary.

Folic acid and Vitamin B12, both water-soluble vitamins, have been recognised since the 1940s for their crucial role in blood formation. Folic acid, also known as Vitamin B9, is essential for protein production, cellular metabolism, and DNA synthesis.

Vitamin B12 and folic acid collaborate in the formation of red blood cells. Additionally, inulin, a metabolic dietary fibre and prebiotic, fosters a healthy gut flora, essential for efficient iron absorption.

Large-sized horse (over 600kg): 1.5 scoops/day

Mix well in feed.
