Delivery terms

We normally deliver within 2–5 working days, unless otherwise stated next to the item. Products listed as “made-to-order” or “order items” have a longer delivery time—please contact our customer service for more information.


Shipping (applies within Sweden)

When your order exceeds SEK 499, delivery is free of charge. For orders up to SEK 499, a delivery charge applies depending on the delivery options presented at checkout. For returns, standard withdrawal terms apply—see “Open purchase and right of withdrawal” below.


Delivery method

Deliveries are made via DHL to a service point (parcel shop). We do not accept financial responsibility for any delays caused by the carrier.
If you notice damage to the parcel, you must report this immediately to the carrier and file a damage report. Please do not collect parcels that are damaged. If you only discover the damage after opening the parcel, and the damage appears to be attributable to the carrier’s handling, you must contact them immediately and file a damage report. If a dispute with the carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.


Uncollected parcels

Shipments delivered to a service point will be held there for 7 days from the date the parcel arrives. If you do not collect your shipment within these 7 days, it will be returned to Eclipse Biofarm AB, and DHL will charge us a fee for this. We therefore reserve the right, pursuant to Section 41 of the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (KKL), to charge you the costs for return shipping and handling. A minimum fee of SEK 150 will be charged for uncollected parcels.


Open purchase & right of withdrawal

If you wish to cancel your purchase, use the return shipping label included with your parcel and send the goods back to us within 14 days from the day you received or collected the goods. You can also contact us by email at info@eclipsebiofarmab.se. If you use the return label included with your parcel, the return delivery to us is free of charge. Please ensure the items are packed so they are not damaged in transit. You are responsible for the goods until you have handed them over to the carrier.
The enclosed return label must be affixed to the outer packaging over the old shipping label and then handed in at a DHL service point. The returned product must be in its original packaging (if supplied in such packaging) and include all labels. The return label must not be attached directly to the original product packaging. If you need a new return label, or if one was missing from your delivery, please contact us to request a new one.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a refund for the goods you have returned. The refund is handled by the payment service provider you selected to pay for your purchase. The payment service provider will refund your money as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the goods you have returned. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Eclipse Biofarm AB has the right to refuse a refund in full or in part if the item is not in the condition described under “Right of withdrawal” in these terms and conditions.


How do I make an exchange?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange a product, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund. You can then place a new order for the items you would like instead, when it suits you. Please note that we do not offer direct exchanges.


Complaints / faulty goods

Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, you as a customer have the right to make a complaint for up to three years. If an item is faulty, or if an error has occurred in connection with delivery or there has been a delivery delay, you may complain about the item or the purchase. Please contact our customer service with a detailed description of the fault and follow our instructions.
Complaints to eclipsebiofarmab.se must be made within a reasonable time after the fault is discovered, and no later than within three years. Eclipse Biofarm AB reserves the right to remedy the fault in the first instance, replace the item in the second instance, and issue a refund as a last resort. It is important that you report the fault to us as soon as possible after receiving the item or discovering the fault. To have your complaint approved, you must contact us before returning your item. Items purchased on eclipsebiofarmab.se cannot be complained about/returned via any of our retailers, and vice versa.
If you receive an item that is visibly damaged, please contact us immediately. We will of course replace it at no cost to you as the customer. For the right to complain to apply, a receipt/order confirmation from the time of purchase is required. Please contact us primarily at order@eclipsebiofarmab.se, including a photo of the damage and a short explanation.
The right to complain applies to faults that can be attributed to the manufacturing of the item and does not cover normal wear and tear or ageing of a product.

Payment options

Svea Checkout

Invoice

When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Svea Bank AB. To purchase using an invoice, you must provide your Swedish personal identity number (personnummer). One of the prerequisites for paying by invoice is that you are registered in the Swedish population register and are over 18 years of age. You must not have any payment defaults. All invoices from eclipsebiofarmab.se are assigned to Svea Bank AB.
A standard credit check is carried out after personal data is provided at checkout; in some cases this means a credit reference check is obtained. A copy of the credit report will then be sent to you. The invoice payment term is 14 days. In the event of late payment, an agreed and statutory reminder fee will apply. Default interest will be charged at 2% per month. If payment is not made, the invoice will be referred for debt collection. Invoice terms.

Part payment

Through our cooperation with Svea Bank AB, you can enter into a revolving credit agreement and thereby pay for your purchase in instalments. You choose the credit period by selecting the promotional option that suits you best. The purchase can always be paid in full at any time before the due date. A standard credit check is carried out after personal data is provided at checkout; in some cases this means a credit reference check is obtained. Card payment

Card payments are made in accordance with applicable rules for online payments in Sweden and the EU. We use Svea Bank AB’s hosted PCI-DSS certified card payment solution. We accept the following cards: Visa and MasterCard. The funds are reserved in your account at the time the order is placed.
All transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) with strong encryption. No card numbers are stored. We use the latest security technology for online card payments, 3D Secure—a standard developed by VISA and MasterCard to securely validate the consumer when making purchases online.
