AREAS OF USE

B-Feeder contains B vitamins and is preferably given during coat change and periods of intense exertion.

B-Feeder is a concentrated liquid B-vitamin supplement. It is especially suitable during coat growth and shedding, hard work, or other demanding situations. It can also be used as support to promote appetite in picky horses, during transport, and during intensive competition and training periods.

Vitamin B1 (thiamine) is part of the B-vitamin complex and is important for carbohydrate metabolism, i.e. the process by which carbohydrates are broken down and converted into energy. Thiamine also helps support normal nerve function. It contributes to the transmission of nerve impulses in the body and is important for muscle contraction.

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) plays a crucial role in energy production by acting as a component of important coenzymes required for enzymatic reactions. Riboflavin also supports healthy skin and coat condition, eye health, nutrient metabolism, as well as muscle function and nervous system function.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) plays a significant role in the horse’s health and well-being. Vitamin B6 helps with the metabolism of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates, thereby converting these nutrients into energy needed for the horse’s daily activities and performance.

Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) contributes to DNA synthesis, which is essential for cell division and growth. It is also necessary for maintaining healthy nerve function, as it helps protect and insulate nerve fibers. In addition, B12 plays a role in the metabolism of fatty acids and amino acids, helping convert these nutrients into energy.

All B vitamins are water-soluble, and therefore there is no risk of overdosing, as excess amounts are excreted in the urine.

DOSAGE

Pony: 15 ml/day
Horse: 30 ml/day

Mix well into the concentrate feed ration.
